The local coop that provisions three-phase service to every one of the fifty-eight homesites. Same coop that serves every home in the corridor, one uncommon extra: all three phases are on the trunk.
Natural gas
Natural gas at every parcel frontage, in the same corridor as the power. Requested per lot at build time. Furnace, range, and tankless water heater run on a meter instead of a propane calendar.
Water · Fire suppression
A shared neighborhood well on the association's own tract, mains and fire hydrants down every street, service stub waiting at each lot. Tested to ISPWC standards before anyone connects. Operator partner named at closing.
