The team

The people behind
Clagstone Country Estates.

Development is a long conversation between land and the people who work it. These are the ones on our side of the table.

Joe Kroetch

Owner-developer

Joe Kroetch

Joe founded Kroetch Property Group and owns Clagstone Country Estates. His family has worked land in the Idaho Panhandle for close to a hundred years, mostly in timber, done as responsible stewardship. Clagstone is the same ethic applied to a neighborhood. The developer lives nearby.

Josiah McIntosh

Director of Photography

Josiah McIntosh

Josiah is a Spokane-based commercial photographer and videographer whose cinematic approach to brand storytelling shaped Clagstone's visual identity from the ground up. Every photograph on this site is his: the frontgate hero, the lifestyle library, the aerial views, the plat imagery. His work carries the same quiet, considered voice as the land itself.

In good company

The professionals who put
the roads, power, and fiber in the ground.

A neighborhood is only as thoughtful as the professionals it brought in to build it. Ours came in early, and they stayed.

Northern Lights

Power · Electric

Northern Lights.

The local coop that provisions three-phase service to every one of the fifty-eight homesites. Same coop that serves every home in the corridor, one uncommon extra: all three phases are on the trunk.

Avista

Natural gas

Avista.

Natural gas at every parcel frontage, in the same corridor as the power. Requested per lot at build time. Furnace, range, and tankless water heater run on a meter instead of a propane calendar.

Water · Fire suppression

Community water system.

A shared neighborhood well on the association's own tract, mains and fire hydrants down every street, service stub waiting at each lot. Tested to ISPWC standards before anyone connects. Operator partner named at closing.

Internet · CIS

Community Internet Service.

The neighborhood's own ISP. Multi-gigabit over a licensed high-speed microwave link, fiber in the trench as a redundant second path. Owned by the neighborhood, not a distant phone company.

Supported Systems

Systems + software

The systems shop behind the neighborhood platform. Built this website, engineered the community stack on software the neighborhood can read, and keeps it all quietly working for the long haul. Independent, and wherever the work is.

The wider bench

Clagstone is a Kroetch Property Group development. The builders working these lots, the agents bringing buyers to them, and the rest of the roster gather at KPG as the season opens.

Come meet us at the entrance.
