Information, not an offer.
This site describes Clagstone Country Estates so you can decide whether to come walk it. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a contract. Lot availability, pricing, covenants, and plat details are established in the actual purchase documents and county records, which control if anything on this site ever disagrees with them.
Plans are labeled as plans.
This site is careful to say what exists today and what is planned for later phases. Planned amenities, including the community network services and neighborhood platform, are intentions with engineering behind them, not promises with dates. Where the site says "envisioned" or "planned," take it at that word.
Accuracy, and its limits.
We work hard to keep every claim on this site something you could drive out and verify. Even so, drive times are estimates, third-party facts change without telling us, and typos happen. The site is provided as-is, and decisions that matter should rest on the purchase documents, the county, and your own eyes on the ground.
Whose work this is.
The words, photographs, and design of this site belong to Clagstone Country Estates and its contributors, with borrowed images credited on the credits page. Links to other sites are provided because they are useful, not because we control or endorse what is on them.
