Fifty eight homesites, PE stamped by Olson Engineering, average lot size over six acres with three of the fifty eight coming in under six and priced accordingly. Roads are engineered to real spec so the county accepts them without argument. The plat map has been through civil review and the amendments Olson is finishing on lots thirty two, thirty three, and thirty four will nudge those to over six as well.
