A scene from the walk

Kids outside

Saturday morning the kids are out the door with a lunch and told to be back before dark. Twenty acres of shared open space runs through the plat, not lawn, real meadow and stands of trees, common trailheads and unmown ground. Beyond the entrance the whole thirteen thousand acre Clagstone Meadows conservation easement is walk in access. Farragut State Park is a short drive for the days you want a playground and a swim beach.

Community cameras cover shared spaces only, pointed away from private property, every view logged and visible to every owner. Owner cameras stay private by default.
